During this 1 hour workshop you will learn:
- Mobility exercises to specifically target the hip & low back
- Targeted strength exercises for pain free running, walking & working out
- Running form & drills to make you more efficient and hit PRs!
Plus all participants will be eligible for a special assessment with a Doctor of Physical Therapy!
