Join us for Mommy & Me Yoga with Pelvic Floor Therapist & Yoga Instructor, Dana Solomon

While the class is best for babies 12 months and younger children older than 12 months are still welcome!
The yoga class will be 45 minutes followed by 15 minutes of open pelvic floor Q&A and general time to chat with other moms!
During the class you will:
  • Find rest & relaxation while bonding with your baby
  • Meet & connect with other moms
  • Get all of your pelvic floor questions answered
Plus all participants are eligible for a special assessment with Dana
