Your Instructors

Erin Kosich is a nurse practitioner offering primary care to patients in Durham, NC. She has over 15 years of experience and is particularly passionate about developing close relationships with her patients. Her areas of special interest are women’s health (at all ages of the lifespan but particularly around perimenopause/menopause) and obesity management. 

Brandi Almario is a Registered Dietitian who works with clients virtually or in person in her Durham office. Brandi helps clients on their health journey of eating healthier, lowering cholesterol, lowering A1c, and obesity management.  Her special interests are incorporating all aspects of life (stress, hydration, sleep, exercise, healthy eating and enjoyment), weight loss and perimenopause. Brandi loves to be active and can be found playing pickleball, hiking, biking, reading or sewing (her current hobby). Brandi lives in Durham with her husband, 2 kids, and 2 dogs.

Norah Whitten is a pelvic floor physical therapist and owner of Functional Phyzio and Performance Therapy. She is passionate about briding the gap between pelvic floor physical therapy, strength training and orthopedics. She aims to help her patients overcome injury, become stronger and restore their confidence. Outside of work Norah loves to stay active with CrossFit and running and spend time with her husband and two kids.
