Meet your Instructors

Dr. Norah is a pelvic floor physical therapist who is passionate about spreading high quality information regarding pelvic health. She started her career in orthopedics but quickly realized she was missing a part of the body by not treating the pelvic floor. She also recognized a gap in pelvic floor physical therapy for active adults who wanted to continue running, lifting, jumping & being active but were limited by pelvic floor concerns. Dr. Norah specializes in working with these types of patients and believes that quality pelvic floor PT is so much more than “just Kegels”. She is an athlete herself in addition to being a wife and mom of 2 wild kids.

Dr. Jon is trained in all styles of pilates and is passionate about helping his clients move better through a variety of movement styles. Dr. Jon’s training as a physical therapist and pilates instructor makes him uniquely qualified to teach pilates due to understanding the ins and outs of human movement, injury and core stability. Dr. Jon has worked with many clients postpartum dealing with low back & hip pain who want to get back to running, bootcamp or simply keeping up with their kids. Outside of work you can find Jon on a hike with wife & kids, reading the latest research or working out himself.
