Mommy & Me Yoga Classes are free community classes open to anyone!
While the class is best for babies 12 months and younger children older than 12 months are still welcome!
The yoga class will be 45 minutes followed by 15 minutes of open pelvic floor Q&A and general time to chat with other moms!
Classes are held once a month on Thursdays from 10-11am. Please see the calendar below for upcoming dates and to sign up (space is limited).
