If you answered YES to any of these questions, this series is for you! Pilates for Moms is a class designed specifically for active moms who want to regain strength, reconnect with their core, and overcome issues like diastasis recti or pelvic floor dysfunction.


Join Dr. Jon, physical therapist and certified pilates instruction for an all levels, mat-based Pilates class. This class will have specifically chosen exercises that target the core, hips, and pelvic floor.
You will learn:
How to rebuild stability and strength to support your running, weightlifting, or active lifestyle through pilates.
How to easily incorporate pilates into your busy routine
How it’s NEVER too late to build strength and feel like yourself again.
Led by experts who understand postpartum recovery and performance, this workshop will help you move with confidence and get back to doing what you love—stronger than ever.
Space is limited to 8 participants in order to provide a more personalized experience. Spots will fill up quickly!

Is this class considered physical therapy?
No. While Dr. Jon is a physical therapist, this class is not considered physical therapy and is not eligible for reimbursement by insurance.
Can I pay with my HSA or FSA?
You may pay with an HSA. Please call us if the transaction on the payment page won’t go through and we will be happy to help. For FSA cards you will need to check with your provider if this is an eligible service.
I've never done pilates, is this class for me?
Absolutely. All exercises can be modified based on your experience level.
This class is for moms, but taught by a male instructor. Will he understand how to cue these exercises for moms?
Absolutely. Dr. Jon has extensive training in pilates, movement, core stability and breath work. Dr. Jon is a father of 2 himself, so through his wife understands the demands pregnancy & postpartum put on the body.
I have to miss a class. Can I get a prorated price?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or prorated pricing for missed classes.
Will this class help me overcome my pelvic floor issues?
This class will have a heavy emphasis on core & pelvic floor strengthening, breath work, and spinal & pelvic stability and control. All things which are important when it comes to overcoming pelvic floor issues. However, this class is not considered physical therapy so while modifications for each individual will be provided, a diagnosis and individualized treatment plan will not be provided.
I'm newly postpartum. Can I participate?
We recommend you be at least 3 weeks postpartum with no complications and have not been told for any reason you shouldn’t exercise.
