Meet Your Instructor
Dana Solomon has been an occupational therapist for almost 10 years. She initially began her career working with children and post-NICU babies. It was through these experiences that she realized the well-being of baby and mother are deeply connected, and maternal health was a major gap in our healthcare system.
Dana has specialized in pelvic health for 5 years and has experience working with all genders and ages with pelvic floor diagnoses. She is not one to shy away from taboo topics and is always game to talk the dirty details to help clients understand the root cause of issues ‘down there’. Her passion for sharing evidence-based relatable pelvic floor information has led her to create the Pelvic Health Clubhouse and be featured in a number of podcasts, blogs, and magazines.
Her approach combines movement, functional strength, manual therapies (myofascial release and visceral mobilization), mindfulness/nervous system regulation, and lifestyle considerations to offer an integrative whole person treatment.
When not nerding out on all things pelvic health she loves bike rides, traveling, hiking, yoga, cooking, and reading.
